Privacy Policy

• Team details: team name, team color, the names of team members, and a 4-digit team PIN. Race organizers create these; teams can change their name and color.
• Photos and videos your team takes or uploads as proof of completing a task, plus any notes you add to a submission.
• Location: your phone's approximate GPS position at the moment you open a submission form, if you allow location access. You can decline and still submit.
• Messages your team sends to race organizers in the in-app chat.
• Staff accounts: race organizers sign in with an email address and name. Participants do not create accounts.
• Basic technical data kept by our hosting provider to run and secure the service, such as IP address and browser type.

The app uses your camera and microphone only while you are taking a photo or recording a video for a submission, and your location only when you open a submission form. Your phone asks your permission first, and you can turn access off at any time in your phone's settings.

• To let race organizers review submissions and award points.
• To show the live leaderboard and team progress.
• To check that a submission was completed where the task says, using its location.
• To answer your team's questions through the chat.
• To share race highlights within ROGD after the event, such as photos in a recap.

• Race organizers (ROGD staff) can see all submissions, locations and chats.
• Your team can see its own submissions and chat. Teams cannot see other teams' photos, videos, locations or messages.
• Anyone with the app or its link can see the leaderboard: team names, colors, member names and points.
• Service providers: the app is hosted by Base44, which stores the data on our behalf and may not use it for its own purposes.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We delete all race data (photos, videos, locations, notes, chats and team details) within 90 days after the race ends. Staff accounts remain until the organizer removes them.

You can ask us to delete your team's data at any time, before the 90-day deadline. Use the form below. We will delete your team's photos, videos, notes, location data, chat messages and member names, and confirm within 30 days. Your team's points go back to zero. You can also email ty.dockside@gmail.com.

Participants do not have personal accounts. Staff who want their sign-in account removed can use the same form or email us.

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Team data is only available after entering the correct team PIN, and the database only lets race organizers read it directly. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your team PIN to your team.

The app is meant for adult real estate professionals taking part in an ROGD event. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
